Course Fee
Promotional discounts or "early bird" specials are granted when course fee is paid in full at registration.
Except when discounts are offered, the customary investment is $300.00 for a 4 day or weekend classes, fee includes registration fee ($100), book,
stethoscope and blood pressure cuff and tutorial classes for the clinical and written State of Florida examination.
Except when discounts are offered, the customary investment is $345.00 for a 5 day class, fee includes registration fee ($145), book, stethoscope and blood
pressure cuff, refresher or CPR course and tutorial classes for the clinical and written State of Florida examination.
Except when discounts are offered, the customary investment is $400.00 for 8 day classes, fee includes registration fee ($150), book, stethoscope and blood
pressure cuff and tutorial classes for the clinical and written State of Florida examination.
Skills Drill session is $185.00 for TFN students.
Tutoring for retesting (written portion only) is $75.00.
CPR classes for initial certification of TFN students is $65.00.
Refreshers are $45.00.
Dedicated TFN students who are unsuccessful on the state examination are granted an additional FREE week of training in preparation to retest for the
(failed portion) of the state examination. Student must meet TFN criteria and Prometrics requirements for retesting.
Due Date
The balance is due on the first day of class. To ensure the success of each student, seating is limited to a first come first served basis. When seating capacity
is reached, students with outstanding balances are subject to rescheduling. Therefore, remittance of remaining balance is suggested prior to the preferred
start date.
If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, the student's preferred start date is subject to rescheduling.
For payment plans only, the balance is due as agreed during registration. The preferred start date will be postponed or rescheduled until the remaining
balance is paid in full.
Same day enrollment is permitted provided seats are available. The entire course fee is due at this time.
Registration Fee
The non-refundable registration fee is $100.00 for 4 day or skill drills, $145.00 for 5 day and $150.00 for 8 day class. Registration fee is deducted from
course fee.
Class Schedule
All schedules, days and times shown are subject to change with student participation or progression, holidays and severe weather conditions.
Payment Plan
Payment plan is for advance registration. Student may choose this option when the registration date is at least two weeks prior to the preferred start date.
The balance is due as agreed during registration for payment plans only. The customary minimum payment is $50.00 with $100 registration fee.
Scholarships, grants and tuition reimbursements are accepted. Please contact your employer or agency to confirm policy and processing requirements.
Course fee is due by first day of class.
Get Reimbursed! If a nursing home employs you within 12 months of getting your certification (CNA license), the facility is required to pay for your
training and testing fees under federal law. Contact the District Medicaid Office in your area if you have any questions regarding this law.
Refunds
To cancel, verbal and/or written notification is required within (48) forty-eight hours of the original registration date to receive a refund minus the
registration fee. Registration fee is non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to register. For all other forms of payments, a check will be issued to the student's last known address.
Refunds will be issued within (31) thirty-one business days from notification by the student.
After (48) forty-eight hours, all fees are non-refundable and the student's TFN account is credited. The student may opt to use this credit to reschedule the
preferred start date up to (90) ninety days from the original registration date.
All payments are non-refundable for students who register and start class the same day.

Cash, money orders, checks (local banks only), debit and most major credit cards are accepted.

A valid drivers license, street address and two contact numbers are required for payments by check. A $50.00 fee will be imposed for insufficient funds.
